RUSHES Restaurant
The Waterloo Inn’s signature restaurant blends fresh seasonal menus with a wine list annually recognized with Wine Spectator magazine prestigious Award of Excellence, while also receiving the VQA Award from the Ontario Wine Council. Keeping pace in the kitchen, RUSHES’ cuisine earned the first Oktoberfest Iron Chef Award. Dining highlights include creative specialty dishes and favourites such as Caesar Salad prepared right at your table and prime strip loin offered by the ounce.
RUSHES Private Dining Room
Beautifully designed, with frosted glass doors opening to a contemporary lounge, RUSHES private dining room can accommodate groups up to 60 guests or be split into two rooms of 30 each. Menus, hors d’oeuvres and wine lists can be custom-designed for any occasion and budget.
Sunday Brunch
Join us in RUSHES Restaurant for a Waterloo Sunday tradition. Select from a sumptuous display of traditional brunch favourites, including cold seafoods and salads, made-to-order omelets, roasted and carved meats and two weekly specialties. Cap off your meal with our famous bread pudding or your choice of decadent dessert.
Brunch is held every Sunday from 10:30am thru to 2pm.
