The Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel began welcoming guests nearly forty years ago as an intimate 40-room motor inn dedicated to European-style hospitality. Since then, our hotel has grown to 155 exceptional guestrooms and suites that are considered the finest accommodation in Waterloo.

Garden Suite
These two large suites offer a private spot for meetings or entertaining. Each suite features a bright, comfortable sitting area with a sofa or chairs and a queen Murphy bed that converts the space into an executive guestroom. (Garden Suites are accessible for a person with a disability.)

Executive Room

Featuring rich tones and stylish furnishings, this room was made for relaxation, with a King bed and Jacuzzi upgraded bathroom. For families, wedding parties or executives needing a little additional work space, a standard Queen guestroom can be connected at additional cost.
Prime Minister's Suite

Accessibility Information
The Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel does not charge a fee for support persons accompanying disabled hotel guests, provided their accommodation is shared. Should the support person require his or her own room, he or she will be charged the single rate for the additional room. In the case where the support person will be the third guest sharing in the same room as the registered guests, the Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel will not charge a fee.
No pet fee will be charged for the service animal accompanying a person with a disability. The guest or client who uses a service animal is not required to make a pet deposit. A general cleaning or damage deposit charged to all guests and clients may be charged as the guest or client/handler is liable for any damage the animal actually causes.
